DESCRIPTION:
The main objective of the assignment has been the renovation of the existing Pavlos and Alexandras Canellopoulos Museum in Plaka, Athens and the addition of a new wing. It is a project of particular importance due to the importance of the exhibits. HMeng realized all the necessary MEP design. The old building is air-conditioned with a new VRV system installation with the addition of air to air heat exchanger. The spaces of the new wing are air-conditioned by all air system. Lighting with optimal aesthetic result is provided, with busbar spotlights and false ceiling downlights. All low voltage power supply systems are provided for the building’s needs (telephone, data, audiovisual, BMS) as well as the necessary security systems.
